91-Day Peace of Mind At MW Bowtie, we want you to look your best on your big day. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 91 days of receiving your item.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received (unworn and unused).

  • In its original luxury packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  2. Once accepted, we will provide the return shipping address and detailed instructions. Please note: Items sent back without a prior request will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right for you.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

International Return Process

  2. Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

  3. Shipping: For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the package reaches us safely. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Duties, Taxes & Refunds

  • Refund Amount: Once inspected, we will refund the original product price to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Non-Refundable: Please note that original shipping fees, as well as any local customs duties or import taxes paid at the time of delivery, are non-refundable.
